Refund policy

We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where: 1. An item ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled (In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.)

2. Store made errors (Pictures and Videos required) (in this case we offer store credits for all items returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of smells and any stains and also returned in original packaging and with tags as delivered) please note that items that do not meet this condition would not be eligible for store credits refunds. also note that refunds should be initiated atleast 2-4 days after delivery or pick up. After we receive your item, our team would inspect to make sure our conditions are met. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 4 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs.

Exchange

As we are a custom made brand, we currently do not offer exchanges for any item purchased, except in the case of studio-made errors (picture & video proof required). Kindly note that custom sized clothing with measurements provided by you are ineligible for refunds, except in the case of studio-made errors which will be assessed a (picture & video proof required). ADJUSTMENTS; For adjustments, we make all outfits to the size/ measurements/ height provided. However, if adjustments are required, all adjustment and delivery costs would be covered by you.
